Gulch’s Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gulch Gear.​  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We currently only ship to residents of the U.S.

Order fulfillment  

All orders usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).  If the order is received before 11am PST it should be shipped on the same day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer FREE USPS Priority® shipping for all domestic orders.

Gulch ships through the U. S. Postal Service, USPS flat rate medium box.  Shipping will take 1 to 3 business days (depending on were you are) from the time the package ships from our warehouse.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

For items under 13 oz in weight, First-Class Mail® Parcel will be used for free shipping.  Shipping will take between 2 to 5 business days.  There is no tracking number, but you will receive a confirmation email that your items have shipped.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Gulch only ships to addresses within the U.S. and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you receive any products that were damaged due to shipping or missing contents as a result in damage to the container, Gulch will need to file a claim immediately with the U.S. Postal Service.  Check out this link for Filing Domestic Claims to give you an idea of how the process works.  

In order for Gulch to make a claim, it must be filed no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.  Please contact us at (510) 420-1225, or email us at support@gulchgear.com to help you with the return process for damaged goods.  The return of damaged goods and their replacement shipping will be free, after confirming that the requirement for the claim has been met.

Gulch is not liable for any products lost or stolen after the USPS has dropped of the package at the destination address.
