Limited Warranty  

Gulch takes responsibility for our products. If there is a problem due to manufacturing defects, we will fix, exchange, or refund your money.  We don’t make excuses.    

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This Warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser, and is not transferable.  This warranty covers manufacturing defects derived from the event of a defect in material, construction or manufacturing.  

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.  Items damaged that is caused by abuse or misuse, accident, or neglect.  Product damage from normal wear and tear and/or the expected lifetime of the item has already passed.  

What is the Period of Coverage?

Lifetime of the original purchaser and expected lifetime of the product.  

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

Gulch will repair any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, Gulch will either replace your product with a new one, or refund the full purchase price of your product.

By law, items sent in for repair must be clean; please ensure items are clean before sending them to us.
